A MENTAL HEALTH APPAREL BRAND

WHAT IS HEY BUDDY COLLECTIVE

Hey Buddy Collective exists because checking in matters — and sometimes, we wait too long.

Hey Buddy was born in memory of my best friend, Austin. A smart, sarcastic, unfiltered truth-teller who lost his battle with alcohol at 35.

For more than a decade, we started every conversation with two simple words:

“Hey Buddy.”

Those words became part of who we were. And after losing him, they became something more.

A reminder to pause. To connect. To listen. To show up.

Hey Buddy Collective is a purpose-driven mental health brand built around one simple idea: human connection can change everything.

We believe in checking in on the people we love. Starting conversations with strangers. Listening when someone needs to be heard. Uplifting the people around us. Fighting the isolation that can make mental health and addiction struggles even harder to face.

Because “Hey Buddy” isn’t small talk.

It’s an invitation to reconnect.

A conversation starter.

A reminder that someone sees you.

And sometimes, a simple moment of connection can make all the difference.

For you. For a stranger. For everyone you meet.

So, hey buddy. How are you?
