OUR STORY
Hey Buddy Collective started when I lost one of my best friends to addiction.
Austin was 35. Sharp. Athletic. Honest to a fault. The kind of guy who could argue any side and win—and still tell you the truth even if it stung. He was an aspiring lawyer. A force in any room.
And he lost his life to alcohol.
Every conversation (whether through text or in-person) always started with, "Hey Buddy." I replay the moments I didn’t check in more. The messages I didn’t send. The conversations I assumed we’d have later.
Hey Buddy Collective exists because time is never guaranteed. Because addiction, depression, hurting hides in plain sight. Because mental health isn’t a vibe—it’s life or death.
This brand won’t fix everything. But if it makes one person check in on a loved one, one person feel less alone, one conversation happen sooner, puts a smile on the face of a stranger—
Then it matters.
If you’re wearing Hey Buddy Collective, thank you for being part of something bigger. Remember to check in on your family, friends, or loved ones.
And if someone crosses your mind right now, don't wait.
Text them.
